Valet Mode??

I tried a search but did not find anything definitive

So this AM, my 14 Roadster seemed to be in valet mode. Very slow reving. I thought the VSC was messing things up cause the roads were wet but turning it off did nothing. I could put the car in neutral, pedal to the metal and it would slowly increase in RPM. It would eventually get to highway speeds. Everything seemed fine, just like somebody took the gas pedal position mapping and multiplied it by 0.1

Once I got to work, I turned it off then turned it back on. It revved fast and hard like normal.

Just wondering if I got into a valet mode or some type somehow?

Car is bone stock as far as I know.

Valet mode is only available with an aftermarket tune. More likely you were in limp mode or some other issue.

Clean your throttle bodies, MAFs. I had this issue back when I first bought the car, and that fixed it. I don't know if the TB's were sticking or what. Hasn't been back since.
