Oil pan spacer clearance issue?

Hi everyone I would like to know what brand oil pan spacer for the 370Z has the best clearance under the 370Z? Has anyone here bottomed out or damaged there oil pan from street driving because there oil pan was too low after installing a oil pan spacer? What brands of oil pan spacers would be best when combining street driving?

I ran a spacer for a couple of years. Never had a issue with it. Took it off when I installed the AM Perf oil pan. I still have that spacer. It's an AAM. I'll sell it to you for $100.00 plus shipping.

Skip the spacer and get a baffled CJ Motorsports oil pan.

It’s too late I already ordered the AAM oil pan spacer. So far I have no heard of anyone having any clearance issues with the AAM oil pan spacer. I have only heard positive things about the AAM oil pan spacer and I hoping it can help cure the hot spike I am getting at the track.

He probably still has the factory heat exchanger. The oil pan spacer or
baffled oil pan won't fix that problem. Only an oil cooler will help.

Yes, I am currently running a Fast Intentions 34 row oil cooler. In the summer time at the track when it is 100+ degrees outside my 370Z runs on the hot side. What other things can I do to make my 370Z run cooler at track besides an oil pan spacer?

The 34 row Fast Intentions oil cooler helped a a little bit. What other things can I do to make my 370Z run cooler at the track?

I bought the Z1 oil pan spacer. The extension for the pick-up cracked my oil pump... twice. First time I thought maybe I over-torqued it, so I bought a new oil pump and had my shop install it. They cracked the second pump, same spot. That Z1 spacer is a pice of ****. I have it sitting on my shelf if anyone wants it.
That was a $1000 mistake.

Adding one quart of motor oil will help reduce motor oil temperature and help engine lubrication. An AAM oil pan spacer will be beneficial to you if your engine does run on the warm side like mine does. As far as putting the correct torque to the extension for pick up ask questions to AAM as to what the correct torque sequence is they will be more than happy to answer your questions. In my experience the customer service at AAM was top notch. If you put the correct torque to a part you will never damage or crack anything. Thanks for the subjection the hood vents seem like a really good idea even though this hood vent kit is kind of expensive I will check it out. I am looking for ideas to make my engine run cooler at the track so feel free to PM me.

I just finished a diy video for the z1 spacer.
