Somethings wrong here
 
So when my master/slave cylinder went out I messed up my second gear. When I am driving and shifting into second gear it makes this loud grinding sound. I need to fix this tell me what it is please!!!!

How did you mess it up? Try and force it in to second? Where in VA are you, as i'm also VA?

I live in waldorf but my job is in Arlington. So the pedal was stuck to the floor so in order to get it to the shop I would put it in second gear and press the start button and it would roll off.

You may have messed up the synchro.

Find a buddy that knows something about manual transmissions and see what they think after a short drive.
