Motul 300v

Since Black Friday is upon us I want to try motul 300v, plus I have a track day coming up. How long is this stuff good for? Change out after track day? Or can I go 2,000 miles on the oil? Looking for legit answers, backed by lab results preferably

I would opt for the Sport Ester as opposed to the 300v. A Motul rep explained it to me as 300v does not have the additives for long term use in a street car. Sport Ester is a very similar formula to 300v with those additives present. I don't have any literature to back those claims up, just what I was told so take it with a grain of salt. That said the relative costs of each make me tend to believe them.

I used it for short period, no lab tests or any information that I can share, I asked Russ at Z1 and he suggested to change it every 2 to 3 trackdays. So, I assume that means it is not for long term use.

Now, I am on Castrol Edge 0w40, as I wanted to use something available locally.

I am no expert, I think Bobistheoilguy forum is the right place for this request.
