370z engine oil on Track feedbacks

Hi guys,

I want to open up a thread for Z track fanatic to share what engine oil they are using on track and the feedback. Generally i hope this will help ppl who do track and oil change DIY to have better reference.

Engine oil: liqui moly 5w30 full synthetic (Thinking switch to Motul 300V 0w40)
Change period: Every 7-8 track days
DD or track only: Only drive to/back from track (Plan to get trailer in next 2 years)
Oil cooler yes/no : 34 row oil cooler
Oil temp: around 220 - 230 F, highest 250F
Blackstone test yes/no: Haven't done it yet but planned on next oil change
Feedback: everything is good without issues so far, but consider more serious oil for engine longevity since I am gonna put more stress. Need your input on best price/track longevity engine oil. Consider change to 0w40/5w40 but not sure if it will be better/causing issues.

Thank you all in advance for input and help!

There is a guy on here who uses motil on his boosted 370z and ran. 24 row oil cooler for a while on the track with no issues. I use a 34 row oil cooler and ran amsoil dominator racing 10w-30 oil for my two track days and sent it back to black stone and came back with positive results. Just make sure you at least upgrade your pads at the very least.

Your oil temps are not that bad for track. I run liqui moly but 0-40. It is as good an oil as any of the top tier brands. I change my oil soon after each track weekend as you can see I'm boosted so my temps can get real high.

redline is pretty good

Your best bet is to send your oil out to black stone to see the condition of the oil after each oil change.

Thank you for all your input guys! I am torn between two oil now: Red Line Synthetic 10W-40 Oil / Motul sport oil 5w 40.

Motul sport is kind of new and i barely find any review. It is advertized as race/street oil between 300V and 8100. Also it only comes with 5L big bottle.

Let me know what you guys think! Thank you!

I have done a oil sample, it's probably on the second or third page. I have two track days and close to 4,000 miles on the same oil
