I've been back and forth in my head trying to choose a route to boost. Gotta say I love the OEM look and feel of this, along with the fact that the air filters end up above the water line.
Any chance you could do a recap of what the end goal is for what the kits would come with? Exhaust flange adapters Steering rack spacers Downpipes? |
Just donated :)

Thank you! My goal is to have both downpipes and inlets along with the oil/coolant lines and everything needed to bolt on the turbos.
If things don’t go as good as im hoping, then its just the adapter kit. Sad news but i’m not really upset. Im just content that i got to achieve this but destroyed this engine in the process by overlooking the oil filter stud. My father took it to work today as he wanted to try it out, and a piston decided to leave it’s home. Just as I predicted but he told me he was accelerating in 6th which probably helped a little in destroying it this fast https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7a4c3c7c90.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'm currently really tight on money and I had a thought the other day.
I can sell my current turbo setup to buy an engine and help with finances and the making of more turbo kits to sell. Would there be any interest if i were to part out the turbo kit? How much would you guys think it can go for? Turbos are undamaged, but can be always sent for a quick rebuild for under $300. I can include everything required to install the turbo kit including injectors, a new 340 pump, intercooler, intercooler piping, oil cooler (never hooked to the engine so it's not contaminated) all oil/coolant lines and downpipe that mounts to the stock exhaust/ y pipe/ any aftermarket exhaust. Including inlets, turbos already clocked to work perfectly. Might be missing a few things but this will include everything i currently have minus my return fuel system and 1050CC injectors. Let me know what you guys think! |

Bummer, although it just proves you were right about your bearings. I see your https://www.gofundme.com/help-me-fin...gtr-conversion is up to a whopping $80 bucks! I think if this has any chance of growing legs you'll have to get your "kit" out there. Good luck man, you have talent and drive which is a rare combo.
DONATE to the cause people! |

Big thank's to Husam. I couldn't swing the full kit at the moment but he's sorting out a set of the adapters & rack spacers.

Thank you sirnixalot and everybody else who contacted me this week. Things are going better than I expected thankfully and hopeful to have my car back together before spring.
I somehow got 4 orders for the adapters this week which is really exciting. I finally have the website up and running (albeit in beta stage) for anybody looking to join the group buy. 370Z GTR Turbo Conversion For any questions, just PM me. Thanks! |
Good to see things are moving forward!
You should post a new thread in the forced induction section, that should help with your lift off...:driving: |
