Differential swap
 

Hey guys building a track only drift car I bought a open diff off a g37 and it's got the 3 sided driveshaft flange with the extra long bolt sticking out of it and I have the vlsd right now. So I'm hoping someone can shed some light on how to swap these out.
the driveshaft flange on the vlsd has a much shorter bolt sticking out and it has the round 4 hole flange

What do I need to do to make this open diff to fit in my car?

The G37 diff you purchased is from an automatic. To make it work you would have to swap the flanges and possibly the final drive set from the VLSD.
