Clutch problem after installed new Zspeed CSC

I have a 2009 Nismo 370Z with 48000 miles on it. Recently clutch start to slip, so I replace with new ACT street performance clutch kit. Fly wheels not replace. At same time I change to Zspeed CSC. I did not change the master cylinder first time, after install I get no pressure from clutch. So I installed a used master cylinder just to hold it. It works on test drive, then fail again. There it no oil lost. They did bleed the air out. Anyone had this problem. I'll try to get a new master cylinder first.

I pretty much had that same exact problem. make sure the CSC is seated correctly. I got fed up with it and replaced mine with a stock CSC. I'll try again when this one fails

Pretty sure the zspeed guys explicitly say not to use their csc with an ACT clutch, could be wrong though

ACT is fine. SPEC is the one that's not supported.

You need a new master cylinder. That should do it. Note that bleeding it is a huge pain.

yea it is working now. You have to bleed pump fast. Dammm this ACT clutch is heavy! Traffic time will be a pain. Track time will be good.

FFS his original master cylinder was working fine before the install AND he installed a second working master cylinder and still had the same problem so that's not causing it. This MC replacement love is becoming like the though if you're steering wheel vibrates on braking that must mean you need new rotors, rather then just resurfacing them.
:shakes head:

Grats on getting it working.
