Help with OBD-II Code C2849

1 Attachment(s)
Hello,

I have 2010 370 Sport that went into limp mode w/Service Engine Soon light illuminated a few days back. I didn't have my scanner with me, therefore I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes to reset the ECU just to get home. I let it sit for a day then scanned it and received trouble code C2849. During the scan when C2849 is displayed, the O2S, CAT, EVA status bubbles are blinking. Picture attached.

A little info. about the car. Four years ago I installed the Nismo Cold Air Intakes, Berk Exhaust, HF Cats and UpRev. However, due to a lot of travel for work out of town, I don't get to drive her much. I purchased the car new in 2010 and only put 6700 miles on her thus far.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I did a web search and all I came up with is that The DTC has something to do with the Chassis. If nobody comes up with an answer, you may have to take it to a dealer.

My Z is fixed and running better than ever. I replaced the VEL control Module, adjusted the VEL Actuator Sensors myself with UpRev software and didn't have to part with $3200 like the Nissan dealer said I needed to.

When I took my car to Nissan and supposedly spoke to their top mechanic, he had no clue what I was talking about until I showed him in the 370Z service manual. There is absolutely no excuse for that if you are the top shop mechanic.

Do yourself a favor and read the service manual; you'll know just as much as the Nissan Dealer Mechanics.
