Oil cooler hoses in the way of oil filter

Hey everyone, still very new to this car and I have a small problem.
2013 Nismo 370z

Went to get the oil changed since I rarely have time to get under the car and do it myself and figured I would save myself the hassle, but they noticed the oil cooler hoses are loose where it mounts close to the oil filter and that the hoses were sitting under the oil filter. The hoses were loose enough to get the oil filter through, but I was wondering if there is a way to reroute them to prevent every oil change being a hassle.

Also the guys working on it kept mentioning aftermarket, but I could have swore the oil cooler came standard on the 2013s.

If someone could just give me some advice on making this easier to deal with, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks everyone!

Did you buy the car new or used?

The oem cooler is water to air. If there are oil lines, it's aftermarket.

I bought the car used, and yes there are oil lines so that confirms it is aftermarket. Is there any easier way to route them instead of under the oil filter?

Not really. I have to wrestle mine in there. There's some flex to the lines. You will dump out all the oil in the filter in the process.

Maybe loosen and rotate the sandwich plate and see if you gain any room?

I will see what I can do when I have time to get under there and really look at it. Thanks for the reply and I will update if results end up being game changing.

well the way i did it is, if ur looking at the filter threads down the hole, my sandwich cooler output male adapters are looking to 3 o'clock and from there the elbows are 90Deg, coming out looking at me, so all 3 holes(oil, 2 90Deg elbows) are looking at me, from there the hoses going under the sway bar where it connects to the frame, up again and around the corner to the front of the radiator, closer to the driver side.

i hope u understand.

You could always get a oil filter relocation kit .... The location used for the gtm supercharger is good no issues getting to my filter with it .

@DoomMonkey I get a little bit what you are saying, it's just hard to imagine without looking at it.

@Jinxx I will look into that as well.

Thanks everyone
