Not really in 1st from a stop, I usually heard it going into 2nd and clutch out quickly.

I also heard it when coming to a complete stop while pushing clutch in quickly, this is where it helped to be real slow n smooth thru the engagement while pushing in clutch

Got around to recording the noise. It happens when slowing letting out the clutch in 1st and giving gas ONLY when the car is hot and has been driven a while. The noise happens at 0:02-0:04

Totally normal.

Mine chatters whether cold or hot when driven a certain way (too much gas at low RPMs). I can make it chatter on command or keep it silent based on how I manipulate the throttle/clutch.

What about 1st gear rollouts like the one in the video?

Like everyone has said, it's totally normal. I can do it in just about any gear. In pretty much any scenario with the RPMs under 2K. Stopped, while moving, or rolling out.

I just try to minimize it. It shouldn't be terribly difficult. If you find it chattering a lot, try giving a little less gas. Alternatively, you can let the clutch pedal out (engage the clutch) slower, but this is just additional slipping/wearing of the clutch if you are on the throttle more than is necessary.

FWIW, I've found that the much crisper throttle response from my tune allows me significantly more control modulating the throttle at the clutch engagement point. Also, with 70K miles, I've got a lot more wear than most. She chatters louder and easier than ever.
