help! RJM clutch pedal

how do i properly adjust the RJM clutch pedal? seems that the shop who installed my RJM pedal the setting still on factory setting. my engagement window is still narrow. and engagement point is still high.

i need a more simpler way instruction to do it. getting confused with instruction there. i got no experience on hands on.
