Vq35hr heads and vq37hr heads

I have not seen the cylinder head to see if they changed anything from the VQ35HR.

We would need to know:

Spring OD/ID

Install height (distance from the spring seat to the bottom of the retainer with the valve closed)

I need some help or could someone point me in the right direction.

I think Megan370 would know this stuff. Doesn't he run 35 heads on his 37 block?
