clutch dives in and won't come back

Hi everyone i noticed a problem that is happening more often in my 370z 2010 roadster wenever i have long highway drive then i reach my destination i try to press the clutch and traa nothing almost empty it's like 85% of the clutch travel destance is empty and 15% is still there which make it really really hard to shift and if i was able to shift i have to pull back the clutch up manually any help

This just happened to me on my 2011 touring. My fix was to change the clutch fluid. It was pretty bad compared to the color of new fluid. What was surprising, is that while a friend was in the drivers seat slowly pumping the clutch I was underneath releasing the bleeder valve.....Air first came out??.....so I decided to completely bleed the lines just to make sure I had everything corrected. Instructions are well documented using the search button. Hope this helps

CSC is failing. Bleeding and or changing out the fluid is a temporary fix. Good luck.

Well, from going to Automotive Tech school and working at shops, the recommended brake system and clutch system bleed/flush is once a year, 2 years max (pushing it). However, seeing that the Z's clutch hydraulic system is sketchy, I would follow that 1 year maintenance of doing a clutch flush/bleed.
