I guess I'm going to have to plan a trip to Z1 to get this done. Might as well have them put in a new clutch, pressure plate and surface the flywheel while it's apart. John, could you PM me a ballpark guess for all this including replacing the CSC? Thanks.

Thanks for the purchase and we look forward to the feedback as we have never used a Spec clutch.

Just got my Z1 CSC elimination kit installed, will put up a review in a few weeks after my first auto X day and break in period, so far it is an awesome increase in quality!

Question...what are the pros/cons as compared to the after market CSC's offered? In other words why get this elimination kit as opposed to the aftermarket CSC's?

I really like the idea just like being informed.

Also, do you recommend staying stock clutch with aftermarket flywheel?

The good thing about this kit is you can use it with either one of those set ups with the main advantage being no more pulling a transmission when a CSC fails on you. It also gives you a firm pedal feel.

Thanks for the input! Pedal feel alone justifies the cost for me.

This will mark the 3rd time the slave/master cylinder will need to be replaced on my car. 2 of which were under warranty. This last time I am out of factory warranty and I am left with my extended warranty but they are telling me it is not covered. Either way I think I am going to forgo the drama and just buy this. Have to save some pennies for the whole setup though. I plan to change the clutch, flywheel, CSC, and Master cylinder.

Last 3 question(s):
- Do you recommend rebuilding the master cylinder or replacing? I saw a rebuild kit for $18 which is better then paying $110 for a new one.
- Do you guys sell stock clutches? I plan to race the car NA but keep it a daily driver.
- Any suggestion for an upgraded clutch? I may consider an upgrade just trying to keep cost down.

Please report your experience to Nissan North America. The more reports, the better chance they might actually address the issue. It's stupid that this isn't a recall already.
