Hello,
I am trying to get an update on an order. My CC has been charged but I have not recieved any information on the status since purchased on Aug 12th. I have called the advertised number several times with no answer. I sent four emails, two to Sales, one to the sales manager and one to the CEO. Still no answer or response of any kind.

I have made every attempt to resolve this with no response. If I do not recieve an update on my order by Wed (Aug 31) I will register a despute with my CC company on the charge. I prefer to just recieve my order so it is up to your company.
