Yes you do, basically think of it as another oil change.
Drain the main unit, then each hose, take off/put on new, refill slowly. You will have to run the system a bit and then the little we had left we just threw into the reservoir.

Yeah I assume it's a pressurized system too.

If I get them I'll just do it at my brother's shop when we're doing the headers.
