Gonna go PB blast them again now out of pure paranoia. lol did you try taking them off when the headers/cats were off the car?

Woooo! Headers and test pipes are done. Thanks again Wilson for the heads up on the steering knuckle. I was able to get the headers out/in without having to drop the engine or tear the front apart. Really wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. I did the passenger side myself, but the driver's side without a doubt requires two people. It is a lot by feel, having the person on the opposite side (above/below you) spotting the wrench making sure it's still on the bolt correctly. PB blast the crap out of them too! I had zero issues with breaking any bolts loose and the studs stayed in just fine for me.

Good! Glad to hear it went well
