is flashing fog light flash illegal?
Just got the EVOr foglight and have it wired up and everything...just having second thoughts wondering if it's illegal to flash when braking here in San Antonio, TX...I can always just make it flash when backing up only but any advise be nice. :driving: thank you in advance. also if you have a link to the law i'd appreciate that as well.

Here in TN its fine, I dont know about the laws where you are located, but I do know some of the new vehicles are comming off the line with the blinking thired light, that being said I think you would be fine..... But it dont hurt to stop and ask a LE when your out and about.:tiphat:

The Euro Fog light is extremely bright. In Europe you can be fined if you use is while visibility is above 100 Meters. :ughdance:

I don't think it's THAT bright |
That law does not only affect the Z but all Cars equipped with Fog lights. Friend of mine got fined because he had his front foglights on in the middle of a clear night. :icon14:

I know my Evo-R foglight is weak I'm thinking about changing it out with something brighter,
|
No because school buses have them.

I see the Genesis coupes in NC that have the 3rd brake flashing so I'm going to say I can pop the EVO-R flasher on my 370. :)

I live in Maryland, and have never been stopped for my Evo-R foglight.

Half of the motorcycles on the road including one of my own have flashing brakelights so drivers can see them.. Resistors are actually sold to improve the chance of being seen by drivers.. To stay on topic i would say, you shouldnt have a problem
