2012 370z roadster
seems that I am having issues trying to get door panel off I following all the steps but I noticed there extra screws that have to come out for example where door handle is all every one says there only one but there is two
there are three down below bottom of the door that have to come out, now i go in and i able to pull all 12 of the clips out but still the door panel wont come out like its lose and can be pushed around but it wont come completely off. the panel area that is connected to the door that wont come off is where the SRS air bag is. ? any idea how this part of the door panel is suppose to be removed from the door ? there are no plastic clips that i can tell in that area i ran a flat screw drive along the side of the whole SRS door panel area and it can slide with ease but the door panel it self just wont come off of it - no matter how hard i pull on it if i pulled any harder half panel would snap in half so it cant be pulled off. |

Thanks
Thanks for the excellent write up, used it today to install some suede (alacantra) door cards in my interior. Your instructions took out all of the guesswork and made the installation a breeze.
Thanks again, Puke QUOTE=jikhead;113440]I've been working on tinting my windows, so I have some write-ups for everybody. I've included pics with instructions on how to remove your door panels, along with some tid bit info on the door speakers. The Bose stereo has 6x9 speakers on the doors. I called Crutchfield and they stated non of their 6x9's will fit for varies reasons. So it probably requires a little customizing or simply some other brand that might fit. Forgive me for my spelling...my paint tool doesn't have spell check. :)[/QUOTE] |
