I finally built mine; work like a charm. These are solid wood and I gave them plenty of deck screws. A bit heavy but they're solid as you know what! I am sure I can put a tank on it. :tiphat: I didn't have my Z up on it this time as I only need oil change on my RSX-S but you should get an idea on the second pic about their sizes and slopes.

Would it be hard to tell if you're going up the ramp or hit the stop?

haitech 12-31-2011 07:56 PM

You just have to count every bump you go up?

MattP725 12-31-2011 09:26 PM

Since the top bump isn't ramped like the others, it should stop the wheel assuming you are off the gas. Rhino ramps have stops no bigger than these on the top.

or a friend to yell....STOP! Looks good, I have a similar setup!

I use the same thing. Our contractor gave me the leftover MDF, about 12" wide, from buildling some shelving on our new house. I cut up lengths of it and just stack them like the drawing shows. I haven't bothered to fasten them together, add stop blocks, or cut the edges to 45 degrees.
