Request: DIY Rear and Front Turn Light(LED) Signal Install

I did the rears, left the fronts alone, it wouldnt stop blinking repeatedly. I heard if you do all 4 turn signla lights LED, it'll return to normal speed. I also heard you may need a additional piece for it?

HELP!!!
