Sorry to bump an old thread...but do you need to use high temp paint for this or can u use regular paint? I'm thinking of painting mine the orange tts color

hard to tell in the pic but is that NISMO a decal, or did you stencil while painting the strut bar?

Silly question... been wanting to do this for some time so I had the spray paint ready. Unfortunately it looks like someone else in the family used it in the meantime and it's almost empty :eek:
Now that I removed the engine cover and protected it, can I drive 1-2 days without it to buy some more paint or do I need to remove all my protections and cover up the engine again?

Well actually I managed to find some paint and here's what I've done (same orange as the interior).
Next step: brake calipers...
