i almost did a while back, then i realized i didn't need to :shakes head:

anyways, from what i remember everything was going smoothly, removed bolts from behind rear tires etc, slid the sides off of the "clips" and then realized it was a no go. i figured heck might as well take it off and see whats behind so i proceeded to pull on it as i thought i just had to make the final pull and bam! didn't come off....if i remember correctly there was something holding it on still towards the middle i couldn't get my hands on...then to top it off right around the top of the bumper (where it meets hatch) there are 3 sliding looking things that up to this date i think i was only able to get 2 of the 3 in....complicated things, took it to Nissan and they said i'd be good. That's as far as i got and haven't gone back :eekdance:

not really a great post but it's something :ugh2:

doing this all from memory lol... pull out the panels on the inside... then remove ur taillights and then after that pop out the four plastic fasteners... the way u pop em out is they have to be popped out half way only HALF!!! not all the way... if they arent half way out it wont come out when u try to pull it out... i broke one of mine lol anyways after that... remove the fog lamp or dummy plate bracket.. its just fasteners also... remove the two 10 mm bolts at the corners of the bumper.. ur gonna have to move the inner splash guards... just push them inside so u can stick in ur socket and unbolt it and then voila... start at the corners and pull out the bumper... ul hear a pop and the bumper will pop right out...

O and i almost forgot... when u pop out the bumper.... u gotta unplug the harness for the parking lights... (the ones that light the license plate) and then after that ur done :happydance:

Bro that would be extremely helpful! I am going to tackle this task next weekend. Im replacing the factory bumper with the Nismo version. It would nice to have something to guide me as oppossed to the "pull and pray" method haha
