Holy claytastic clay

I've be a bit afraid to clay my Z; not the way I'm afraid of clowns or nekkid Angela Lansbury, but afraid nonetheless. I finally got up enough juevos-itude, and WOW what a difference. I keep a clean car and it often gets compliments, but even after a thorough cleaning the clay pulled of a significant amount off "shmootz."

No photos as I finished as the light was fading, but it does do a nice job.

Looks sharp!

Using clay takes time and effort, but it's certainly worth it. As I've said before, I love the way the paint feels after good clay session.

Nice work! Clay isn't as scary as it seems, huh?!?

Do you apply a wax or sealant once you were finished?

Not bad at all. I waxed it after finishing with the clay. Very pleased with the results.

I clay my car twice a year, followed by a few coats of wax. The process is time consuming, but the results are certainly worth it.
