what a restoration! Do you end up using more than 1 full clay bar for the car+exhaust?

Question - I own the Adams metal polish 1 and 2 but I have a bit of an issue using them on burnt titanium exhaust tips. The polish seems to take the 'blue' away from the tips. Do you have any advise on polishing burnt titanium tips? Right now I just scrub with all Adams all purpose cleaner fairly often to keep them from getting out of hand.
