So i always said to myself i wouldn't buy Adams microfiber towels because they were to darn expensive. I would always buy an 8pack of towels at wal-mart for 5$....

So today i decided i would detail my powerdercoated wheels i had in the garage. These are powdercoated gloss black and look like someone cleaned them with a dry paper towel. Theres swirl marks everywhere! So i took my porter cable and did a full correction on them.

I grabbed one of my wal-mart towels and buffed off the residue, and to my amazement.... i scratched the **** out of the wheels!!! I then decided it was time to open up an adams microfiber towel and see what all the buzz was about...

So i went and buffed off the residue with this new amazingly soft towel, and to my amazement, NO SCRATCHES! Perfection...

I was always against spending the money on Adams towels, i felt they did the same thing any other towel would do.. Well i was so wrong...

Thanks Adams for such a great product!!!

Check out THIS THREAD for the rest of the story!

Coincidence or not...our Double Soft Microfiber Towels are the current Daily Special...BOGO!

Out of curiosity, why would he have an adam's laying around after he said that he would never buy them?

He mentioned in the story that he picked them up when they were on sale.

Unfortunately, the BOGO daily special has now come to an end. We throw them in occasionally for free with different daily specials, so that's always a cost-effective option to get your hands on them as well. Be sure to keep subscribe to that thread, it updates daily.

There are a few different purchase options:

Single Softs are $8.95 a piece or $14.95 for two.

Double Softs are $14.95 a piece or $24.95 for two.

There is also the Microfiber Bundle, which includes some of all of our towels for $64.95.

Keep in mind that these prices are all before your forum discount, so take an extra 10% off for that. :usa:

I am addicted to Adams products!!

Honestly, at $15 apiece, I would have to wait until they were BOGO so I could sleep at night. Even that is pushing it.

Keep your eye on the Daily Special Thread. Both our Single Softs and Double Softs have been on sale over the past few weeks.

These would work wonderful on wheels to dry?

Say I just had my wheels cleaned and nice and dry but spot some dirt on there. What do you recommend as a solvent to clean the wheel with besides water and soap. Maybe I can use a quick detailer spray?

BTW my wheels are black and Anodized! (Work Wheels)

Our plush MF towels aren't ideal for drying because if the open fibers on them.

We offer two different towels with a closed-loop weave that are purpose built for drying, our Great White Drying Towel and our Waterless Wash Towels.

For just spot treating small amount of dirt/dust on your wheels, Waterless Wash fits the bill perfectly. It emulsifies the dirt, and when combined with out Waterless Wash Towels I linked above, the dirt is lifted off the surface without scratching.
