Wow, looks great. You guys put nice effort into your detailing.
Was the car polished and waxed after claybar? |
Damn looks really clean. I've been neglecting my car.

I've never polished or clayed before. For polishing do I need a buffer or some type of applicator. I would be a noob at it so I wouldn't want to burn the paint or something. How often can you clay and polish a car.

You'll want to dampen the pad + wash out paint and polish periodically during the detailing. Try different speeds with the buffer: If it's too fast, it can burn the paint. Start slow and work up from there... After polishing, I like to wax by hand. |
yes you want to wash --> clay --> polish ---> wax.
you want to polish as needed, meaning when you feel the car isn't looking as good as it should - swirls etc. here is a good basic video to look at. Adam's Instructional Videos |
Do you do this out of your own shop/spot in NJ? If so PM me where and prices, would love a full detail after winter.
