Opinions/suggestions to my many predicmanets

Ill get right to the point of the things that r bothering me about my 09 370 base (cosmetically)
1)On the front bumper im starting to notice rock chips and there some little scratches here and there all over. Not obvious at all unless u stare at it.
My solution/thoughts:
I really like the color platinum graphite so i was thinking of laying down a few more layers of that paint on it and just throw down thick layers of clear coat so if more scratches show up i can just buff it out and lay down another clear coat.
How can i get a hold of the factory paint color?

2)Right now I have 18X10's all around but cant afford coils yet. I used my buddy's lowpro but it ended up looking really disgusting.

(hope u guys can see that)
It looked like it had scrawny legs and even if i lowered it, it wud still look disgusting IMO. We happen to find free tires 255/55/R18 and decided to slap that on so i can save my good tires and it turned out to fit the tire well nicely on stock height. So right now here is what my car looks like.

The slight curbage on the wheels are also bugging the crap out of me. Cant see them from afar but they are noticable at a glance up close
My thoughts:
Im only 22 making less than 30K a year and i cant afford everything right now. I really want to lower it and considered lowering springs for looks (not track) but i fear that infamous "early blown shocks from springs".
I had thoughts of lower springs for now and coils when affordable (in 2yrs?)
Upgrade to 19's sounds like a long shot but i will eventually get them.
For the rims, thats all i can have until i deploy. I was hoping there is a way to fill the curbage and make it look fresh again.
Opinions?

Theres prolly a lot of information i havent put down yet but ill remember them later...lol

I'll most probably never track the car. My goal is to make it stand out from the other 370's and fast enough to hang with exotics. I guess show car but i dont want it to stray too far away from stock appearance.

Im open to suggestions and opinions. Hopefully no bashing but whatever. ill take any useful advices.

I want to do things right this time. The 370Z is a pretty expensive piece of equipment and doesnt deserved to be slutted...lol

Thanks for reading.

I know that nissan carries factory touch up paint, you can go to their parts department, and usually they have it in stock.

But, for your need, I would recommend getting the bumper re-sprayed for a couple hundred bucks at a shop rather than trying to find paint, and paint the bumper yourself. Its hard because you have to make sure you blend it to the rest of the paint.
