I already came to a conclusion that its either pollen or bee's droppings, i am leaning towards bee's dropping

Bee droppings, eh? I also live in southern California and have seen this stuff all over our cars year-round. Sometimes it can be almost powdery. I always thought it was pollen from the palm trees. I really hate it when it's all over my 240SX's convertible top. Can't clay that, just lightly scrub with a soft brush.

I noticed the stains go away after my next wash. I cant pin point what did it.

Its either the car shampoo on the next wash or the detail spray because claying did not work for me

I see this happen every wash on my pw, upsets me so much. Luckily it seems like the next time I go to wash the previous spots aren't there anymore.
