My list of products for the right wash

All of these are in reference to Junkman's 2 bucket Wash Video.

I did my best at finding all the products on Amazon while following excellent customer reviews and maintaining a reasonable final price. Some of this can be easily purchased at Walmart or similar stores and would probably end up saving you on shipping (Buckets, grit gaurd, electric leaf blower)

Quick connect/disconnect with shut off valve system and two adapters for hose and foam gun:
(any of these links should give an option to add all three to the cart)
Gilmour Brass Male Hose End Connector 09QCM
Gilmour Brass Garden Hose Connector With Shut-Off Valve 03V
Gilmour 9QC Brass Hose Quick Connector Set

Foam gun:
Gilmour 75QGFMR Foamaster Adjustable Multi Ratio Cleaning Gun

2 separately colored microfiber mitts:
Griot's Garage 10268 Micro Fiber Wash Mitt - Set of 2

Pressure-adjustable hose nozzle:
Bon-Aire Original Ultimate Hose Nozzle (Aluminum) - Colors may vary

Car Soap with some impressive reviews:
32oz. Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine

2 Buckets (5 gal) and a grit guard for the rinse bucket:
5 Gallon Bucket (Black)
Grit Guard Insert

Leaf blower for drying:
Toro 51585 Power Sweep 7 amp 2-Speed Electric Blower

Microfiber cloth for touch up and leftover water:
Zwipes Microfiber 36-Pack of Cleaning Cloths

I kinda just threw this post together, but I did watch the video all the way through and research the products. Again a lot of this can be picked up from local stores to save a ton on shipping and sometimes even price, I am just really compulsive with seeing what other people say about a product.

What am I missing?

What type of foam should be used in the foam gun?

Let me know what revisions should be made. Final price for it all shipped is right around $200 (the buckets and leaf blower take a toll on shipping, so you can get this all cheaper if those are picked up locally)

Great list you've put together there. I'm going to purchase that same list of products because I, ,myself, am interested in learning how to properly wash my own 370Z. If you find out what type of liquid is used with the foam gun, please post it up. I'll do some research myself and see if I can find something, too!

-The car soap you mentioned is more of a waterless wash. Not a soap.
-I would look for a higher quality microfiber and a waffle weave for touch up drying.
-Also, you should add a wheel brush, wheel cleaner and tire dressing (I like Adam's VRT).
-Ammonia-free glass cleaner and glass microfiber.
-Interior/leather cleaner (not Armor All)
-A good shop vac with the right attachment for the interior

Cmike covered what I'd suggest... ONR won't really foam in that gun... good for wipe downs, but if you're going for a traditional wash and are going to use the foam gun you'll need a different soap.

Ours is pH neutral and foams insanely well in a gun if you're looking.
