Flex 4 3/8 inch backing plate

Excuse my ignorance on the subject, but will this fit the porter cable polisher?
the flex looks nice, but the price was a bit of a shocker to me.

this will only fit the Flex 3401.

there is already a 4 inch backing plate for the PC.
