what pads do you use w/your pc?
 
what pads do you use with your pc? i have used lake orange with great results.

any other reviews would be useful

im using the hexlogic pads from the chemical guys web site. i like them but they cake up with polish fast. i need the pad cleaner ASAP!

since we are on the topic of pads for the PC, you experts out there care to share what pads are best for all the different various detailling jobs like swirl removal, buffing, polishing, etc?

The only true answer is going to be that it depends on the job.
Too many variables to have a one size fits all, that's why there are so many options.

Just try the least aggressive first and step it up as needed, this goes for both pads and polish.

I tend you stick with Lake Country flat 5.5" pads or Chemical Guys Hexlogic. Flat pads are better suited to the PC since the best results can be had with the most surface area of the pad contacting the paint.

The most important factor to keep in mind is pad size; a 5.5" pad is ideal for PCs in my opinion, 6.5" is the largest you can go before it starts bogging down the machine.

+1! I use between 4-5.5" for pads with my PC...

I bought the pc kit from adams and use the white, orange and black pads that it came with

I am also using Adams orange, white and black pads.
