Polishing under the spoiler - tight areas?

I discovered, of all things, water spots on the underside of my spoiler - what would be the best way to get to them to polished out that area?

I imagine it'd have to be done by hand?

You might try something like our flip pad. Its fairly low profile and would at least take your hand polishing up a notch, I'm thinking theres not really a way to get a buffer in there unless you took the spoiler off.

yah, or one of those wheel cleaning finger pads and put some ScratchX on it?

for very tight spots i found that polish on Q-tips work pretty well too...
