VICREZ POLYURETHANE BUMPER FIX help!

Bough this vicrez polyurethane front Bumper about a year ago and about now I decided i was going to paint it and but it on, but when I unwrapped it I found this defects. Any idea on how to fix this ? Like well regular bondo body filler work with polyurethane? Ty in advance!

It should be filled, sanded , primed and painted.
