Default Bumper repair progress w/ headlight mod

So like I said in previous post from time to time, that a few years back I hit a raccoon, or should I say a raccoon hit me, Since I was minding my own business. Recently, I developed a passenger side headlight water leakage. And since this is the year of nothing but rain my headlight was filling up with water and shorting out my bulb. So I finally broke down and decided to just fix everything all at once at least with the front! Pictures of bumper are before and during

Front Bumper: Trailer and Raccoon hit are fixed and came out awesome!

HeadLight: 220 degrees for 20 mins did my trick. Passanger side was way easier because it was missing a piece of butyl rubber and was so easy to peel lense off. Literally took me 5 Seconds to peel apart. The driver's side was a success too and took me seconds to peel apart BUT was way messier lol. Overall not a hard task.

Update: front bumper is still in primer awaiting the rear bumper and duckbill to be prepped.

Rear bumper: rear bumper had some passager side damage... Nothing crazy just some deep scratches that sanding fixed. Cool factor tho.. i am debadging the rear Nissan Emblem and debadge the 370Z to give it a clean look in the back.

Duckbill: Just giving it a better paint job

Front HEADLIGHTs progress. Found my leak. The side that the hood lines up with seal is completely gone. YES its like the butyl rubber disappeared. Since i had it apart i Decided to paint the chrome piece of the light, Semi gloss black.

Update: I was able to paint my bumpers. Must say came out awesome!

Also did a cool emblem upgrade

Duckbill: painted

Front bumper: painted

Rear Bumper: painted

Nissan front emblem: Mine was worn and beat. Shaved off 9 years of abuse, and gave it a refreshing start.

Rear tail lights: clear coated refreshed

Update:

Headlights: shaved 9 years off these bad boys. The out come isnt 100% still shows some blemishes from age....BUT! It came out fantastic

Method used

320 grit: take all the heavy oxidation off

400 grit: sand all the 320 scratchs out

600 grit: sand all the 400 scratchs out

800 grit: sand all the 600 scratchs out

1500 Grit: sand all the 800 scratches out

3000 grit: same as above

5000 grit: same as above

Then i clear coated them and boom! Shaved 9 years off.

Out come

As of now. Im hooking up a switch to the rear fog light portion of the harness. So I could turn it on and off when I want. Also, adding an inline antenna along with factory antenna as well bought a spilter. My pinoeer radio reception is terrible. I installed it correctly too. So going this route.

Anyways as far as bumpers, duckbill headlights, tailights and emblem....its all done!

Anyone needs advice or tips...let me know. Ill try and help.
