Top secret engine cover

So im in the market for an engine cover and very much interested on buying the top secret engine cover.
Currently i have a seller that is offering one, he said it has scratches, it looks like the clear coat is cracked on the circled part.
what do you guys think? is this a common problem on TS engine covers?

i dont see any scratches, the part your circle is a lip that goes under the support bar, looks fine to me, its normal for it to be a bit off or scratched since its under the bar.

Thank you, yeah there aren't any cracks. I just checked, just very slight scratches that would get rid off with a buff.
