I am very pleased to welcome COR Wheels to our forums. Their wheels are used in more exotic cars than you can ever imagine. They have recently test fitted some sample rims on the new Z from their shop and it looked beautiful.

Here's a little info about the company

COR International was founded by team of veteran wheel enthusiasts with a commitment to produce the very finest street and competition wheels. COR wheels are designed and engineered by a seasoned team of wheel experts which boast over 40 years of combined experience among them. Every COR product embodies their lifelong pursuit of automotive wheel excellence.

Members of this elite family have been involved in all aspects of automotive wheels, including the street aftermarket, OEM, Indy Car Racing, Grand American, and the pinnacle of competitive motor sports, Formula One. Throughout their careers, they have consistently set the bar higher for the competition by developing new ways to lighten, strengthen, and more accurately fit their applications.

The pursuit of individuality and distinction is always challenging. One of the most easily recognized features of COR wheels is their uniquely curved centers. This characteristic literally forced our engineers to start from a clean state and retool the factory, redeveloped fitment applications, and develop new rim components to give COR wheels the ability to offer industry-leading outer lip sizes. Aside from achieving the striking visual aesthetic benefits, this unique feature permitted our engineers to move the mass of the center closer to the centerline of the wheel, providing for a more balanced assembly.

The seeds of new ideas and innovations are often found not in a laboratory, but by listening to our customers and addressing their needs and concerns. A fine example of this was the development of COR's revolutionary "Airtight Component Sealing System" ™ A.C.S.S. ™. This system, developed jointly by our engineers and quality control specialists, was created specifically to address the concerns of tire installation technicians working in the field. Through the use of specially formulated silicone seal and assembly procedures, COR was able to virtually eliminate the possibility of having a new wheel leave our factory without having been certified air tight.

In the area of applications, COR found that the present range of sizes offered by the industry today to be lacking the range of flexibility to properly fit the wide variety of vehicles in the marketplace. Rather than compromising fitments or fitting improper sizes on vehicles, COR developed an entire range of propietary 21" rim components, and worked in tandem with the industry-leader tire manufacturers to introduce new applications for this increasingly popular new size.
