I'm selling my 2011 Nismo 370z with 550 miles on it.

Wow, that was a hell of a turn around time! Forgive me for being forward, but why exactly is this car not ideal for you, if I may ask?

For the situation that I'm in right now...I wanted to upgrade from the 350z. But the payments are a little high, and I'd rather be Financially stable.

He financed the car and that is most likely his buyout price...

Maybe if you were a college grad you would of been able to figure out what your payments were going to be before you actually bought the car. You're now going to loose a couple $1,000 dollars and you will probably get less for the car then you owe on it. It's called being upside down.

sounds like some people are not liking the nismo model after they drive it for awhile.

OP, your first picture is a stock Nissan media picture. Do you have a picture of the entire car that you can take yourself to post? Also, in your other thread, you said something like "I'll just fix it up". What do you mean by that? Is there damage?
