2013 NISMO 46k miles for sales in Dallas TX - who's car is this?

Hey guys - can some one please pipe up and let me know if they know who owns or has owned this car - I would like to purchase but would like to know some things given it looks a little custom - (lowered, aftermarket intake) -

Please let me know !! trying to purchase ASAP but I am in Austin Tx and I can not exactly "go on my lunch break" to look at it.

looks lowered to me,,those fronts look like theyd rub on some bumps
