Any changes to the 2015 pricing for CVT?
Sorry but I'm too lazy to drive manual. I wanted the 2014 but Nissan is forcing Automatic buyers into a ridiculous $7k package?!?!
I'm in no rush I still love my '08 Altima Coupe 3.5SE but I'm wondering if Nissan will end this BS for 2015? |
7k?
And there is no CVT for the 370Z |
$7K is a bit over priced to say the least. Edit: The extra $7K includes the sport and nav package. Now that makes more sense for the high price differential.:ugh2:
"The 370Z® 7-speed transmission—the convenience of an automatic and the power of a manual. Tailor your driving experience like never before with 7 speeds and a choice of driver-selectable modes, while Downshift Rev Matching provides ultra-quick downshifting for performance no manual can match. Except, of course, the 370Z® SynchroRev Match® 6-speed manual for real men!" |
My bad, there is no CVT. It's not just Automatic but Navigation and other extras too. I just don't get why.
I guess Nissan will continue this BS package for 2015? "I'll put up color bars before I'll put you in front of our cameras." MacKenzie (The Newsroom, HBO) |
I'm not sure I follow you - you can get a base 370z automatic for ~32k MSRP.

His complaint is if he wants the auto transmission they also force you to buy the navigation package so instead of a 2-3k upgrade price it is almost 7k. |
If they made a cvt 370z, it would be the end of Z's lol.
