Zed or Zee

As a Canadian do you say Zed or Zee.

It's Zed for me, always sounds funny to me when someone says Zee.

6MT 03-27-2014 08:35 PM

Zed! After all, we are Canadian!

Period!

That is certainly well zed. Selfish plug (I can't resist). Seriously though the rest of the planet refers to it as Zed.

MrSir 03-27-2014 09:17 PM

when it comes to the letter of the alphabet i say Zed but i still call the car a Zee

Boomer370 03-28-2014 08:41 AM

I call the car a Zee.

But Zed when I'm speaking.

Mitco39 03-28-2014 08:44 AM

Zed for sure.

DjSquall 03-30-2014 09:19 AM

I call it zed.

In Canada it's Zed
In the UK it's Zed
In the US it's Zee...

Americans like to be different.

Luciano13 04-02-2014 08:21 PM

Come on....370 Zee just sounds better than 370Zed:rolleyes:
Zed sounds like an old man:roflpuke2:

jdsto 04-02-2014 08:28 PM

Looks like I've been outed I'm an old man. :rofl2:

Mike 04-02-2014 08:31 PM

all of my Canadian customers and friends call it a Zed, nothing wrong with that. The rest of the world pronounces NIS-SAN, we call it NEE- SAHN

Wonka2581 04-02-2014 09:07 PM

Just wondering why do you all say "EHH"

LMBmikeZ 04-02-2014 09:17 PM

For canadians saying eh is like the punctuation at the end of a sentence sometimes you need an "eh" to finish it off sometimes you don't :rofl2:

It's kinda like, "Bro"or "Right" or "You know".

Actually I find that each province has their own little thing... On top of "Eh" a lot from New Brunswick say "Some Right"
