Lowered 370 and BC ferries how bad a mix?

At the end of the month my Z is getting Koni shocks and swift springs. Overall the lowering will be about 1.1" front and 1" rear. Now the question, I'll be using BC ferries to the island from the mainland then the Denman and Hornby ferries. Does anyone who is familiar with these ferries see any major issues with me doing this?

tell the guys at BC ferry that your car is low. I think they allow you to park your car with little to no bumps

Thanks for the tip!
