Thanks man! I still have to wait till mid July for my agreement to expire but it's good to know there's some Black M6s out there still.

Call me gay, but I ordered the orange int. to go with the brembo breaks I have picked out but I'm not picky what-so-ever. Black on black would look nice with 30% tints all around.

:icon18:

considering i ordered black w/persimmon too, i would not call you anything but awesome! hahahaaa:tup:

My girlfriend also mentioned it reminded her of halloween.

she'll be scared of other girls flocking to your halloween car once she sees it in person!! :rofl2:

Did you put the deposit on a major credit card? You may be able to do a charge-back through the bank based on "bogus/misleading info from the dealer"

I'm going to man up and eat the $400 IF they get the car by the right date. According to the papers I signed, they have 3 months from the date I "pre-ordered" to get the car to me. After 3 months I can back out of the contract or work out a new deal and date.

$400 on a $50k purchase is hardly a ripp off, especially when you are getting something for that money.

Skip couple of dins and ur golden.

PS: Food for though, how much are you getting ripped off by paying TAXES on that $50k?

They changed the tires out?! Which Nittos?

I would tell the dealer you're reporting them to the BBB if they don't refund the 400 and give you back your original equipment.

YamahaR6 06-26-2009 06:58 AM

Nitrogen gas instead of Air inside the tires. Not Nittos Tires.

OH!!!! Oops... Read it wrong! My bad. I guess I was tired... or something. LOL

Still would do what I suggested... Refund or BBB report.

I would double and triple check the fine print. USUALLY, if you haven't taken delivery of the car you can back out of the deal. I was in a similar situation with a car dealer and did that very thing. Be prepared to wait 6 weeks for your refund...

A consumer-advocacy Agency in your govm't.? A good litigations lawyer? (The latter may be counter-productive 'cause the e$quire's charges might upset your budget!) Good luck.
