Tuning in the Vancouver/Richmond Region

I have recently installed F.I HFC + CBE and I just ordered K&N typhoon intakes. I was wondering if my car needs a tune after installing these mods. Any advice on tuning because I am fairly new at all of this :ughdance: If so I was wondering where I could get this done for a reasonable price.
Thanks guys

No, not really. The A/F ratio is not optimal, but it won't harm anything. A tune is not required but will help the the torque under different RPM's. I have HFC's, CBE, and short ram intakes and have never had a tune. I've dyno'ed... but no ECU tune (yet).

i dont think it is neccessary to tune the car yet if you have plans to go with headers. I have berk hfc, greddy tic and k&n intake. Still have good gains on a mustang dyno at RG. And i think nitrouz mentioned that after his test pipe exhaust and stillen g3, uprev didnt help much on his car. i could be wrong, i remember reading it on his post awhile back

so is tuning only necessary if we go for a FI build? I cant think of any other bolt on performance mods that I could get after the intakes are installed.

there is headers and intake manifold for bolt on. You can still get a tune, just if you plan to get more bolt on, i dont see why you pay for tunning now and have to pay after u get more bolt on
