So it was just making the bolt holes fit the vqhr37, I thought it was more than that. This is getting me thinking, hopefully my wife won't find out.
are your running the car with this mod, how does it feel?

ok well let write you down what im putting down right now with Sasha dyno at 70degree F
** WHP **
3500 rpm = 155 whp
4000 rpm = 182 whp
4500 rpm = 207 whp
5000 rpm = 225 whp
5500 rpm = 247 whp
6000 rpm = 264 whp
6500 rpm = 278 whp (staying flat till red line)
6860 rpm = 281.3 whp *peak power*
7000 rpm = 278 whp
7500 rpm = 276 whp

** WTQ**
3500 rpm = 233 wTq
4000 rpm = 239 wTq
4500 rpm = 242 wTq
5000 rpm = 236 wTq
5500 rpm = 235 wTq
6000 rpm = 231 wTq
6500 rpm = 225 wTq
6860 rpm = 216 wTq
7000 rpm = 209 wTq
7500 rpm = 195 wTq

like I said Im pulling vacuum in the intake manifold @6400rpm to redline which mean when I will have my custom made CAI in January ,there will be quite a bit of gain !

again ,, no
I am not running with the 350 manifold because I need to install my Oil catch can first , I will be finishing mine by the time I get on the dyno next week.

the reason for this , is because while swaping the intake manifold , I found quite a lot of oil traped in it .
The effect of Oil has a negative effect of reducing the Octane rating.
This is big on a Forced setup but on my NA project it will not hurt at all !

hmm...I think Sasha can help you with that vacuum issue and making other custom mods. I had an idea to built custom CAI, you get all the parts on eBay (cheapest find), just look for intercooler plumbing and some cone filters and you're set. You would need to get some MAF sensor plumbing but that shouldn't be hard.
But not sure why you're getting oil trapped in your manifold, don't think you've FI as per your dynos.

Ok Sasha is not doing my custom CAI , its going to be Rawtek, those are the guys who did my complete exhaust minus Headers/TP.
you can see my car there (picture and video)
Rawtek Performance Fabrication inc.

I need a specific tubing size and properly mendrel bend for everything. im not using Ebay for the cheap stuff anymore .. look at my oil catch can its leaking everywhere!!

as for the oil in the manifold , you dont need to be FI to get it ... if you beat the engine (track or something similar)
dont forget there is 2 tube that going from the valve cover to the intake
im sure you knew it . the vacum/pressure/ blow-by can get Oil in the intake manifold

ok cool. good luck.

I think this might be the reason why Sasha's tune wouldn't work:
"Regarding the AF graph – we were using the COBB to monitor AFRs, and their data logging does not offer graphs! They were in the 13.2’s to 13.0:1 at peak rpm."

Most tuners use sniffer that is hung to the exhaust or the HFC bung for accurate readings.

this is why the second time I went back there , we used his sniffer because the first time he was logging AFR from Uprev

When I had my Berk HFC my AFR gauge was connected and I saw an average of 0.4 AFR
if Uprev read 13.0 AFR my gauge was reading 13.4
this is one of the reason we were able to get some more gain the second time.
