I would have some concerns, particularly since they told me that the front rad support was bent and some rear suspension parts broke in half.
If the car drives alright and the price is right I don't see why you wouldn't consider it.

Yes, front rad support has been replaced and all the suspension parts that broke in the rear were bolt-ons which were also replaced. I am pretty sure we are talking about the same car.

Thanks for all the opinions!

i got my car brand new with 20kms on it $1500 under invoice. i wouldnt buy a brand new car if there is anything wrong with it. dont take your chances on sth like this, just go somewhere further till u find the car.
p.s. US dealerships are not allowed to sell new cars to Canadians except Subaru.

Signed for it.

Honestly a better choice would have probably been to shop around some more and buy something properly new, but at this point I am just so damn tired of dealerships and I have so many things going on in my life (I HATE CAR SALES PEOPLE) that I just want to get this process over with. I hammered out another few hundred out of them (what a joke) and pulled the trigger.

Third party inspection tomorrow (still doing that, including wheel alignment check to confirm there aren't any frame issues) and pickup on Friday. Car looks and feels like brand new to me. Logically, it should be no different than a new vehicle. Another big push was that I wouldn't have to wait some unknown number of weeks for delivery.

Thanks again everyone.
