Mine's been parked since late November. It won't come out until early to mid April. The snow pack here is pretty good and being this far north.... we won't really come out of it until April.

Besides, my 370 is on blocks for mods to be completed in the coming months.

6MT when does the snow usally go away in edmonton and get warm enough (above 6*) to ride a bike in edmonton? This is my first winter and when i get back from vancouver in 5 weeks im adding a exhaust system and a few other parts including a custom dyno tune to my ZX6R. Just wanna know when i can look foward to riding it.

Safely ride a bike?..... It's usually mid to late April before the gravel is being cleaned off the streets. And usually the spring rains don't start until May. I know because I've riden a bike in the spring around here. It's not fun with all the gravel on the roads from the winter. This holds true for sports cars as well.

I know.... it sucks!

I usually use the May long weekend (21) as my bench mark to bring out the summer toys. The street cleaning is mostly done by then and the snow should be gone. But I've experienced winter blizzards in May too. Usually after June 15 it's absolutely safe time to play outside for the summer and especially for motorbikes.

Our summers are just way too short
