Hey, join vqnorth on facebook, there's an uprev dyno group tune post on there. It's being done by Tony from Dyna motorsports. Another option is go with an e tune. Personally, I'm going to do an e tune with seymore4 (he's on these forums and has excellent reviews) because:
1) Reputation/Feedback
2) I get the uprev cable, bonus bc I can put back the stock tune if/when I sell my car, and sell license/cable in the future (so making overall investment cost lower). With the local group buy, it's for the license and dyno tune, no cable. Tony is very experienced and has excellent feedback as well.

So up to you to decide which is best for you.

If you're set on dyno tune, Tony as mentioned above, and there are several others in the GTA such as Onpoint dyno, APH, etc.

Edit: Whitehead as mentioned above.

I just got my car dynod by tony last month through the facebook tune.
It was 600 bucks versus 800-1200.
it was done professionally and tony and he know ALOT.
i made 340 WHP with just intakes and full exhaust.

tonys tune would be most desirable only thing is what if i need to take car back for warranty (11k on car) wouldnt that void?
with the etune or uprev i could make it seem like nothing was done to car if im correct or should i leave it untill i have all boltons? currently will have CBE and intake

600 sounds good for a tune. what if u need stock map back is that 600 again ?

I can't directly comment on warranty, but if you have your own cable, you can always flash back to stock tune before taking it to the dealer. I'm sure Tony can also flash back to stock for a fee. But let's wait for someone more knowledgeable to chime blind regarding warranty and whether the dealer can tell if you had a different map tune flashed onto the ecu.

Hey, smokeabunny,

I also got an E-Tune from seymore4 from this forum. He knows his stuff and i had absolutely no issues. send him a msg, it'll be cheaper too than doing it local /w dyno. A good quality tuner can get you great results also... its tuner that makes the difference!

Appreciate the support guys

Sounds a bit high there even if you have tps.

Personally i would go to a local tuner (whitehead, onpoint, aph) and support our local guys. Plus they do it on a dyno and actually do pulls.

I got my tune done with onpoint (Sasha). Ran stillen g3 and cbe. Based 280whp and Sasha straight said I dont know what else I can get from your engine. After a few hours of mapping he was able to get 300whp. With big gains in the mid range rpm and smoothed that curve.

His "you have a very healthy engine" put a smile on my face

Nice gains! That's with stock cats? Didn't see you mention hfc or tp.
