Strangest/Craziest Request Ever!!!
 

Hey Guys,

So this is going to be an interesting request so I'm just going to throw it out there!!!

Basically I am getting married this year, on Saturday September 2nd 2017.

I am booking a helicopter to take me from the Airport to the Wedding Location, but I need a ride from my house in Mississauga (Highway 10 and Eglinton) to Toronto Pearson Airport (about 15 min from my house).

So I was thinking my best man and I can jump in my Z, and then I would need rides for 4 other guests (meaning I would need minimum 4 Z's to volunteer) to do this.

I thought it would be pretty cool as we are going to have professional video , drones etc going to all be there and the wedding video would look sick!! I mean imagine a bunch of Zs taking a part in this!

So I know this is waaaay far in advance - but it would be good to know if you guys would be down to do something like this. I mean originally I was just going to rent like a 10 passenger limo and take us to the airport - but I wanted to have my Z involved somehow and then thought of this.

And by the way, I mean if more of you want to come for the shoot and video , you are welcome. I would just need minimum of 4 of you guys to make this work - but the more the merrier. I dont know if we can all get a quick shot with the helicopter once we get there, but I can send everyone of course the video / photos that we hired that day to the group.

Hopefully this message makes sense.... lol and I don't sound too crazy here! It was just a thought but in my head I think it would be epic if we can pull this off and it would honestly make my wedding all that much better!

So if you guys are interested, basically it would be an hour of your times top. It would be from 8am - 9am that day.

I would do it sounds cool but there is just no way I would know for sure if I was working or not that day... good luck!

I'd say post or bump this sometime in July or closer to the date. I'm close by at mavis and Eglinton, might be able to for an hour but won't know until closer to the date.

That's great guys thanks for the support! So it looks like we already have 6 of you that are tentative depending on work schedule and such - which is totally understandable.

Hey everyone,

Just bumping this thread back up to the top to see since we are less than a month away.

I would need minimum 4 of you guys to show up to fit everyone - and of course the more the better as it would look pretty sick in the video/drone shots being done.

So the date would be Saturday September 2nd 2017 and we would need you guys at my house at 7:45 am (I knooooow super early lol) - as we will be departing my house at 8:00am to head out.

OK getting super excited so let me know if this is something the Z community can help with. I know its a lot to ask - but if we can make this work I think it would look pretty epic!

I would join in on the fun as I just picked up a 2018 Nismo not too long ago and been dying too drive it. Unfortunately I'm working that day though. Hope it works out for you and congrats btw 👍 Post some pics if it works out, sounds really cool.

Btw, maybe check out "VQNorth" on Facebook. Over 3000 members in the area. Im sure there would be lots of guys in there that would help out. You may get way more cars than you think lol

We will be rolling out at 8:00 am down my street and that is where the film and crew will capture it all to play at my wedding for the next day!

Sorry I meant to get back to you sooner, won't be able to help you out unfortunately.. Had some health issues recently and I'm limited to what I can do.. No work no exercise etc.. Pretty much a house cat at the moment

Hey guys!! Just a friendly reminder that this is going down tomorrow morning!!!

The plan is to meet up at 7:45 am at 5070 Fairwind Dr, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 2N4 (This is a school) and then at 8:00am that is when you will get the cue to drive down the street and the drones and camera people will all be filming it!!

Just want to again thank everyone that can make it. I know I have 4 Zs confirmed that can take us from there to Pearson Airport and I would be the 5th, but I need one more.

If you cant drive to Pearson that is fine it would still be great to have you in the video just going down the street with the other Zs - but if you are able to go to Pearson please let me know :)
